Document Conversion

We're flexible. If you find yourself in a bind, and would like to contract for a portion of a project or its entirety, contact us. We offer the following services at a highly competitive rate. We take your original paper or electronic documents, from simple Word files to large CAD drawings, and scan them into Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF).

• Pre-Conversion
  Includes document receipt, inspection, inventory and preparation for scanning and conversion (e.g., removing bindings, paper clips, attachments and fasteners; photocopying of over- or under-sized documents and repairing of any damaged originals).
• Post-Conversion
  The post conversion effort shall consist of document reconstruction, including the attachment of fasteners, bindings and the reassembly of the documents, preparing a document inventory list and readying the documents for shipping.
• Creation
  Unless otherwise specified by the ordering activity, ISPA Inc. shall perform 100% quality assurance of the scanned images to ensure that an image is produced for each page or microfilm frame; the image is equal to or better than the readability of the source page. These PDF's are then transformed into 'Intelligent Documents' with hyperlinks and bookmarks. Our proprietary software can create thousands of annotations quickly.


• Delivery
  Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) deliverables shall be one of the following, as determined by the Customer:
    PDF Image Only
    Searchable IPDF (Image plus Text) without annotations
    Searchable IPDF with annotations(Hyperlinks and Bookmarks)
  Document publishing provided on CD or remote upload right into your DocDepot.
