The Workflow solution provides a powerful engine that allows for the electronic creation and development of agendas. Department staff complete electronic agenda item forms that are automatically routed to the proper reviewing and approving agencies and to the agenda coordinator. All support materials can be attached. As items are approved for inclusion, the coordinator can "drag and drop" them into the appropriate section of the agenda template and create upcoming agendas on the fly. Links to Support DocumentsA key feature of the agenda solution is the usage of "intelligent" documents. The tools and templates provided as part of the solution automate the process of creating bookmarks and hyperlinks from each agenda item to supporting documentation. The supporting documents may even be drawings, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
